Special Areas
Due to the nature of building materials, some remote areas or locations requiring special delivery arrangements (such as village houses, walk-up buildings without elevators, outlying islands, etc.) may incur additional charges or require special arrangements. Our customer service team will communicate these details with you when confirming your order.
Delivery Methods
We provide different delivery methods based on product type to ensure safe delivery:
Small Items Delivery
Applicable to: Faucets, sinks, showers, accessories, and other small products
Delivery Method: SF Express

- Usually delivered within 1-3 working days
Large Items Delivery
Applicable to: Toilets, large bathroom fixtures, kitchen equipment, etc.
Delivery Method: Professional delivery by our own fleet
- We will arrange our professional fleet and schedule delivery time with you
- Confirm delivery time slot 1-2 working days before delivery
- Professional team ensures safe handling of large items
Delivery Time
Standard Delivery
- Processing Time: 1-3 working days after order confirmation and payment
- Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00-17:00 (excluding public holidays)
- Delivery Appointment: Our team will contact you 1-2 working days before delivery to arrange a suitable time slot
Large or Special Products
Some large bathroom fixtures or special building materials may require longer processing and delivery time. We will inform you of the estimated delivery date when you place your order.
Urgent Orders
If you require express delivery service, please contact our customer service team for enquiries. We will do our best to arrange it for you. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping Charges
Free Delivery
- Orders of HK$3,000 or above qualify for free delivery to major areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories
Standard Shipping Fee
- Orders below HK$3,000: Shipping fee HK$200-500 (depending on product weight, volume, and delivery location)
Additional Charges May Apply For:
- Outlying islands
- Remote areas or hard-to-reach locations
- Stair carry required for buildings without elevators
- Special handling equipment or manpower required
- Specific time slot delivery requests

Installation Charges
Installation charges vary depending on product type, installation complexity, and location. We will provide detailed quotations when you make an appointment.
Delivery Process
1. Order Confirmation
After receiving your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the products, quantities, and delivery address.
2. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order and arrange delivery.
3. Delivery Appointment
Our team will call you 1-2 working days before delivery to schedule a delivery time slot.
4. Goods Delivery
On the delivery day, our delivery team will deliver the goods to the specified address.
5. Receipt Confirmation
Please inspect the products for quantity and appearance upon receipt. If you notice any issues, please notify the delivery personnel immediately.
Receipt Instructions
Upon Receipt, Please:
- ✅ Confirm product model and quantity are correct
- ✅ Check the outer packaging is intact
- ✅ If outer packaging is damaged, take photos immediately and notify delivery personnel
- ✅ Inspect goods before signing the delivery note
Important Reminders
- Once building materials are signed for, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a product quality issue
- If re-delivery is required due to no one available to receive goods, additional delivery charges may apply
- Please ensure the delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive the goods
Situations Where Delivery Cannot Be Completed
We may be unable to complete delivery in the following situations:
- Delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
- No one available at the delivery location to receive goods
- Access or environment at delivery location is unsuitable for transporting goods
- Severe weather conditions (such as typhoon or rainstorm warnings)
If any of the above situations occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule delivery.
Damage or Loss
Damage During Transit
If goods are damaged during transit, please notify the delivery personnel immediately upon receipt and take photos for record. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Delay or Loss
We will do our best to ensure goods are delivered on time. In case of unforeseen delays or loss, we will proactively contact you and provide solutions.
